After four years in NPR and PBS stations, she joined Marguerite Casey Foundation where she joined as a communications specialist. She worked in the company for two years, before quitting her job in 2012.

Suphatra then joined Microfost as Production Marketing Manager in 2012. During the four years of working in the same position, she helped conceive, shape, and bring an NGO cloud offering of Office 365 and Azure to 180+ markets for Microsoft. She led the company-wide GTM efforts, which required branding, market analysis, international team management, global advertising, field training, and more.

She was also recognized with a company-wide honor and a $10,000 award.

Then Suphatra ranked up to become Product Manager in 2016 as a part of an original engineering team that created Microsoft Teams.
