Justin was working for Nu Skin Enterprises even before his graduation. He joined the company in 1989 as a marketing services manager. After working for the company for 5 years, he went on to join Aveda as a product marketing manager.

During the first year of his employment in Aveda, sales increased by $5 million. After quitting in the company, he joined Melaleuca: The Wellness Company followed by USANA Health Sciences.

In USANA, Justin took the responsibility of the executive director of sales and supervised over 100 thousand distributors in the company.

In 2000, Justin again joined Nu Skin Enterprises as a General Manager. He worked in the position for almost three years before he ranked up to become President of North America. He took the responsibility of sales in the U.S., Canada, and the South Pacific. During his time, sales increased and doubled in the final year of his being in the company.

From 2011-2015, Justin also worked for Shaklee Corporation. And starting from 2015 till September of 2020, he has a job as chief sales officer at LifeVantage corporations, a seller of dietary supplements in Sandy, Utah.

Since LifeVantage followed the pyramid scheme, it got embroiled in law-suit in 2018 facing accusations that the company is an illegal pyramid scheme. As the company followed a ‘downward line’ the only way for the company to make money was by recruiting new sellers.

Justin and Whitney Rose met each other when they worked as an employee in Nu Skin Enterprises. At the time, Justin was Whitney’s senior, but a professional barrier couldn’t stop their love for one another.
